Where we are
Squarebox Cloud is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The product, infrastructure and support are all run from here, which is why the person answering your message can usually answer the technical part of it too.
We work with businesses across India and we do not need to be in the same city to set you up. Onboarding runs over WhatsApp and video calls. If you are in Bengaluru and would rather meet in person, ask and we will arrange it.
Business hours are 10:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday. Automation you run on Squarebox keeps replying to your customers outside those hours, which is rather the point.
