Terms of Service

By accessing or using SquareBox products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.

Paid memberships and packs are billed monthly in INR via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Membership includes CRM up to fair-use contact limits; WhatsApp usage and contact overages may be billed pay-as-you-go. Vertical packs (e.g. Real Estate WhatsApp AI) are separate subscriptions.

You may not use SquareBox products for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to violate the terms of connected third-party platforms (Shopify, WhatsApp, etc.).

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms after providing reasonable notice.

SquareBox is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
